PLUS POINTS :
- Even though I’m not an expert in identifying pure leather, but this one’s quality is really good.
- The stitches are intact and sturdy – This was a huge relief for me! Generally, the slots in regular passport holders, tend to wear and tear with a bulk load of cards and other necessary documents. But this one is sturdy.
- The compact passport holder has multiple slots, which makes it convenient for travellers like me, who tend to fit in last minute cash or handy travel cards.
- The most amazing cosmetic aspect for me was – the logo of URBY is towards the inside of the passport holder, unlike most other brands who shout out their brand names loud and clear from the top cover.
- Good value for money – Considering that the products are of premium quality, they are available at a much better price than the regular market price in India. This is because of their advanced retail model of business.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE :
I am quite satisfied with my customised piece, but it is always better to take some additional opinions to gauge any product (especially for a review). So, after receiving this Limited-Edition Passport Holder, I decided to fleet this around and take some feedback from near and dear ones. The plus points are all same as the points mentioned in the above section. I’ll highlight a few common recommendations to improve here :
- Appearance – Some people specifically mentioned that the look is a little dull and rugged. So, maybe URBY can work more on the variety of designs and colours.
- More flexibility on personalization – Another common feedback was – asking for the customised name in the front, not on the inside. Maybe, customers can be given an option on where they want their names printed.
- Better branding – The quality of the product is good, but Urby needs to give more attention to the branding. For example – There should be better embossing of the brand name, the foil colour used for personalisation can be much better.
As far as I am concerned, dull & rugged and the customised name inside the holder, works fine for me! But yes, the branding can be improved.
